Christmas, eh? Yeah…actually…I guess I never heard of it now that I think bout’ it. Then again, Kongo Bongo isn’t really one with civilization, so us Kongs don’t know too much bout’ these traditions.
(Shrugging himself, Diddy still smiled and looked at the Snow Miser with admiration.)
Man, so, every day must be a holiday for the whole gang round’ here as ya say, huh? That sounds pretty cool…I wish that was the case for us back home though…
(Diddy was hopeful but knew it wasn’t going to happen anytime soon. For one thing, the monkey wished he could get showered with presents every day, but in addition, he knew about how peace reigned throughout the entire island on the Festival of Lights. No one fought between Kong and Kremling, and that’s exactly how he wanted the case to be. If only such a feat was attainable, but alas, there is no such thing as a “perfect reality”…it’d bring too much conflict.)
But I’m sure you’ll find somethin’ to do pretty soon, miss! Ha ha, it seems to be pretty much your natural callin’, after all.
And if ya need any suggestions, the Diddster is willin’ to serve!
[She shakes her head, while at the same time waving what he had said off, as if he didn’t get it quite right, but she was there to explain] Well, even though, the male Miser and I do live quite near Miser Claus, it isn’t really a holiday each and every day for us. We just live in a freezing cold climate, that’s all. And every time this ‘Christmas’ happens, we usually don’t get many presents, actually. We’re very lucky if we even get one, which sometimes Miser Claus will drop off in the middle of the night when he’s done with his trip around the world for the children. But, you know, you always have to think of the children first and all… [And her sentence trailed off a bit, even though it was true. Or at least she thought it was.
But then, a small smile appeared on her face, nodding at another thing that he didn’t exactly bring up, but she had a slight feeling about it. He also hinted at it, in a way, with the fact that he seemed a bit upset when he said that he thought every day was like a holiday for them] But the holidays can also bring families together! Not only do you get presents, and all that good stuff, but you do get to see all your loved ones, and even celebrate the Lord’s Birth. That is, unless you have a different religion, and there’s nothing wrong with that, either. Either way, you still get to see your friends and family all together.
…Perhaps I’ll get to see my sister, at least. I-I mean not that I want to, of course… [Then, she gave off a fake huff. She would never admit that she sort of missed her sister being around, in a way]

Hello there! Oh my, you are so cute. I love your hat.
[Her eyes trail upwards towards her hat, before smiling, giggling, and taking it off, tipping it so that tiny snow flakes drifted out of the brim]
Ha, thank you! Thank you! I must say I love your coloring as well! A minty blue, my favorite color!
